Steps to Arcade Game Purchase Happiness:

1) Check Your Warranty.

Check the warranty on this sophisticated commercial machine you are about to buy. How long is the coverage, particularly on reconditioned games? 30 or 90 days? Some companies try to build your confidence but don’t back it up. We believe the length of the warranty is the best measure of game restoration quality. AGS gives a standard 1 year warranty on most restored games and unlimited phone tech support thereafter. All of our new games come with a 2 year warranty which can be extended for up to 5 years of coverage at a reasonable cost.

2) If its USED then Know What You're Buying.

We spend quite a bit of time with each customer on the phone. Never use an “add to cart” button with a used machine unless you really know what to expect. You should first talk to a salesperson on the phone and request emailed game pictures of the actual machine you will be receiving. Beware of low resolution pictures or shots that cut off the bottom of the game. Somebody may be trying to hide busted up bottom edges that have not been repaired. If you live in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey or Delaware, AGS will deliver your new or used game personally. Your game will arrive on our truck with a knowledgeable driver that will get you up and running before leaving your house or office. If you buy from a distant Co. that is not experienced or reputable you won’t know what you are getting until the arrival of a freight truck unrelated to the game company.
